Wage & Hour Rights and Responsibilities
Wage Payment: employment Employee rights consist of:- Pay for employment all incomes earned (INFO # 3) at the rate accepted by the employer and worker.

Labor Statutes, Rules, & Published Guidance
Statutes & Rules: DLSS enforces a number of Colorado’s wage and hour and other kinds of labor statutes and labor guidelines, including the Colorado Wage Act, employment the Colorado Overtime and Minimum Pay Standards (” COMPS Order”), and the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. Written Demands, Complaints, & Investigations
Demands & Complaints for Wages: If an employer owes you wages, you can send your employer a written need for employment payment of salaries by mail, e-mail, text, or other electronic means. A written need might be sent out to the company at the very same time a Labor Standards Complaint Form for overdue incomes is filed with the Division.
